Not sure what it was as the rod bolts were fine. The shells did not have a mark on them so oil all good. HaHa I dont rev the arse off her and have done over 80k. In all this time it has never missed a beat. Just think it was one of those things. Piston or Con-rod failure for what ever reson...

Also known as a gudgeon pin. :) The bore is not to bad. Did have to empty some bits out of the exhaust down pipe and cat though. there is also a hole in the bottom of the block so may be some parts in the water side.

HaHa ye. Made a great noise. Had to laugh when I took the head of and was thinking Errr were has piston number 4 gone.

Am going back at the weekend so will have a look for you. From what i remember there is nothing that is not bent. Did ask how much for the engine if its not smashed and he said about £550 so errrr no your ok mate.

Went to remove my wishbone today but ran into a problem. Can I F**K get the rear bolt out. Nut came off fine but the bolt seems to be welded to the inner of the bush. Anyone had this before and how did you sort it? Only plan i have at the moment is to cut it. Any help would...
