I'd set aside two - three days to do the engine swap. Other people may say it'll be quicker than that but it took me two days with a ramp.
It's not too bad, but you have aircon you'll need to get that de-gassed first as it's easier to remove the rad and condenser rather than getting all fiddly...
Ah cool thanks - I've been toying with the idea of doing mine; was just putting it off until I found a decent sealer. Didn't want to be polishing the f*****s every other week!

If any of you are on ZSOC - go check out a progress thread of one which is Cat C, it's unreal how well the car has been rebuilt - in-fact here are one or two pictures;
