Just broken a perfect runner for spares if you need anything engine wise.
Guessing game but replacing everything will be both irritating and costly. Clean up the cam sensor, leak down test, don't rule out the coolant sensor, check ECU wiring hasn't worn through the casing, etc

Give it some money and get a thread up on here for us all to read ? Some decent photos and a clean is a good way to get started with knowing it's true condition etc.

Personally like the quick release? As long as it's a decent unit.
I have a 52 quick release but it's woodworking which probably won't be of any use to you
Put a humidity gauge in there... you'll be surprised.
Having the doors and windows open also leaves it open for intruders to nest and eat your interior !
