Unless they’ve swapped the plates from their track car, I think this may have been used on track a fair bit. Rear seats and rear seatbelts not fitted in multiple MOTs. Passenger seat not fitted either in one MOT etc. I’d definitely be trying the rear seat belts 😂

It’s not a loophole. It’s an exemption related to modified cars. If you get pulled over by the police, and since MOT’ing it you’ve made the car illegal in some way, you’ll be in trouble.
