Check the level of your pas fluid, mine did this, the power steering sensor was leaking and the fluid was low. New sensor, new fluid, problem has now gone away. Fluid was dexron II from Halfords

Check to see if you have condensation in the spark plug wells, i had this last week. Dried up the leads/plugs and the problem is solved. Try this before spending money on coil packs/leads/injectors etc.

I bought them a few months ago,they came off a set off pro race 1.2 wheels that had run for 500 miles, they have 7mm at least. Quite surprised as i was expecting them to be PS3's. I'm really wondering if they are superior to PS3's, as i was very disappointed in them; as far as wear was concerned.

The ride height is perfect for 16" wheels, a much better option than coilovers, if you want to retain your ride comfort.

Ben, rebuild costs are £80 +vat per strut. My turnaround was 2 working days. Car is now good as new now, definately worth rebuilding. They are not unique in needing a rebuild, very much like the sachs.
