    Catalytic

On my old 182, I had a Magnaflow 200 cell sports cat welded into the decat. This was the cheapest solution at the time, but the cat elements were only about £70 at the time. Then I paid around £50 to have it welded in.

    Aftermarket Sports Cats

I had a Magnaflow 200 cell welded into a decat pipe years ago. Only put it through 1 MOT, but it passed. I went for this as they seemed to give the best warranty and were a known brand. Stuff like the ktec sports cats only offer 6 months warranty

    ***How much is it worth?***

I'm sure you're in no rush to sell? If so I'd get it booked in to see Mick @ Diamond Motors. Obviously, it'll be costly with the transport down there, but in the grand scheme, it's a small price to pay I think, given the difference in value you'll get on sale. When my RB failed to start and I...

    ***How much is it worth?***

To be fair you were advised several times in your thread it was worth around £3k minimum, even with the belts needing doing when you were considering selling it previously. And I think it would have sold for that given a little time. I sold it for £3700 in the end, but I suspect with the way...

    The New Phone Thread

Paid £299 for my Pixel 7 last month. I don't think you'll find a better Android phone for that money.

Recommendations for dry fast road tyres?

I always used Yokohama AD08 & AD08R when given the option. Last set was the newer AD08RS. The newer RS are supposed to be slower on track but are great on the road. Though a few years ago Kwikfit would do a full set fitted for £200 All the other tyres I've used on a Clio have felt too soft on...

    The New Phone Thread

This was the reason I ended up going for a Pixel 7 when they were for sale for £300 last month. I was replacing a Pixel 6 pro, so the jump to something like a S23U would have been less in my case. I quite fancied trying a smaller screen size too, as I was weighing up jumping to an iPhone 15 pro...

Advice - Looking to buy a RB 182

In terms of numbers, there was something like 450 RB cups, and 450 non-cups. So around 900 total I believe. Not massive numbers, compared to the other colours but probably the largest numbers in terms of the sort after colours. They made 500 Trophy's for the UK market in comparison. I think...

    The New Phone Thread

Never heard that to be honest. Quick google suggest that the 6 also had this issue and Android 14 has fixes for it. Saying that though, I never had any issues with the 6 pro, and my wife has had a 7 pro since they were released without issue. So not overly worried. At worst it's a cheap stop...

    The New Phone Thread

I've just ordered a pixel 7 from Currys for £299.50, to replace my tired broken pixel 6 pro. None of the newer flagship phones really caught my eye enough to justify paying 3 times more. I was planning on getting a 15 Pro max through work, but cashflow is a bit tight so that's off the cards...

    Clio 15 Superleggera

Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's are no longer manufactured, and haven't been for a long time now. So if you're luck enough to find any they'll be old stock. They were replaced with these if that helps: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/363742675496 I'm pretty sure someone on here posted pictures of them...

What's your favourite car related YouTube channel?

His Dad has only recently joined the channel. Well probably been over a year now, I think he became a full time addition when he bought the Lambo that needed the engine rebuilding. It's funny as if you look back in this thread, most people on here seemed to say they hated his videos not too...

Restoring Little Bluey - my 182 FF ClioSport in Racing Blue

Think the steering wheel QR I had was 70mm deep, so with the bucket seats as low as possible, it was a really comfortable fit for me. I've still got my bucket seat and subframe in the garage in case I get another (the 172 cup up this week was tempting). Bought a Z4 3.0si, as I fancied another...

Restoring Little Bluey - my 182 FF ClioSport in Racing Blue

Sorting the driving position out with better seats and a smaller steering wheel is a must on these cars in my opinion. The standard seats and steering wheel ruin the car for me. Though I am 6 foot 3, so that doesn't help. And it's not like it couldn't be put back to standard in a day anyway. I...
