I dont have a hose pipe, only two buckets.

Ollie, two buckets are no problem, fill one with plain water, the other with a decent shampoo. Soak the car using plain water, then refill the bucket. Using a washmitt (not a sponge!!) wash the car with the shampoo, rinsing the mitt every time in the plain water. When you've shampooed the whole...

    Wheel and suspension questions

Bit of a bone question, but will ph2 172 wheels fit on a ph1 172? Also, can anyone suggest a decent aftermarket suspension kit, not too low but enough to sharpen things up a bit? TIA

    Brake lights and speedo

OK Guys, need some help here ASAP. The Mrs went out in our ph1 172 earlier, when she stopped at the end of our road I noticed the brake lights weren't working yet the high level LED type one was. Also she told me that on her way home the speedo stopped working. Just taken it out for a spin...

    Removing brake dust from alloys

Wonder wheels is a really bad one to use. If there's any scratches in the laquer on your wheels this stuff starts eating away at them from inside. I do a lot of detailing in my spare time and find the best stuff to use is either Muc-off or Meguiars. My 10p worth;)
