Have you tried fitting the pedal box yet? The model I bought from CompBrake, I sent back because the fit was 'a bit off' and the weight was almost twice the advertised weight. They didn't answer any of my emails and I had to get a refund via Paypal in the end. I hope you have better luck...

I'm thinking of fitting just the top half of the dash to my Cup (sprint and hillclimb car) and was hoping that somebody who has done this can tell me if it supports itself without the dash bar?

11.9 is an additional class for Standard Cars (5000 plus produced per year) - there don't appear to be any changes to regs for Roadgoing Series Production Cars and Roadgoing Specialist Production Cars apart from mentions of the Standard Car Class.

There are no restrictions in the Blue Book on which wheels you can use.
Also, 1B tyres are allowed in road going categories ("11.6.2. Except for Period Defined Vehicles (Non-Rally) A-H inclusive tyres are to L List 1A and List 1B").
Individual championships may introduce their own classes...
Welsh Sprint and Hillclimb Championship. I live in West Wales so my best option. Ran in the road rally class this yet and did ok. Championship is based on class records. Going mod prod next season :-)
