Possible abs sensor ?
Is it an intermittent fault ?
Get it on a clip or any diagnostic computer to check.
As for the Wipers .... Possible switch / airbag reel ( behind steering wheel )
Has it had a bump ?

Tell Renault to enter this chassis number into the Dialogys
VF1CB1N0F25519512 ( oval plate CB1N / Fabrication number K002148 - eqpt level ES4 for a standard 172 or SPL for the Cup 172
Then select Bodywork - go to external trims
select page 2 and the 172 bumper is number 1 on...
There are that many ancillaries fitted to modern vehicles that are interconnected to each other that would no doubt create a problem similar to yours if a circuit was wired incorrectly or earthed wrong. I'm sure it will be a simple fix mate.
Mate i would remove the parrot loom and if you can obtain a wiring diagram for the 182 harness. Once you have details of the wiring diagram i would rewire the Parrot with caution. I may have one on cd-rom - if so i will email you a copy.
Here is a set up of the 182 clutch pedal assembly - Ive had a few in the past were the clutch ratchet mechansim has failed. Personally i would shine a torch up there and continuously press / de-press the pedal and check for any movement or damage to the mechanism / cable.
A ph1 172 uses a digital input sensor plugged into the gearbox ( JC5 089 ) it will either be the digital input sensor at fault or the internal speedo drive. Usually its the plug in input sensor.
The 182 speedo drive is taken of the ABS system unlike a conventional gearbox that has a digital input sensor which is powered by a plastic speedo drive on a gear ( run of diff ) that transmits a signal to the ecu / speedo.
