cheers guys, i suppose ill order the head bolts, head gasket and head bolts and cambelt to do that, does anyone have a good place to get these items- max shearer

F7p/F7r hybrid
so im after some information. my F7p that i run in my volvo 340 yesterday decided to seize, i do have a megane f7r engine in my garage, now my question is can i use the f7p head on the f7r bottom end and if so how do i go about doing this, is it a case of just bolting it on with a new cam belt...- max shearer
