I doubt you'll be disappointed with the Lotus.

The configuration button makes the wheel work with the sim, for example configuring the sim to output rev info for the shift lights on the wheel. You can copy other peoples’ settings but it’s also subjective to an extent.

Yup those, or a Corsair H100 or similar. Generally fed by power, ground, pwm signal and often have a speed sense output.

I would say that it’s not a Moza thing, just a decent wheel/DD thing. You definitely notice when the FFB is too heavy in a road car when you have a wheel with decent torque, but you don’t with a G27.

Relatively new carpets, it slides across the floor, and the pedals rub fluff off my socks, it’s a constant battle lol

They’re in stock now so should be next working day delivery. It’s in the living room, but I’ve got everything on one plug and one USB cable, unplug that and it’s on PTFE sliders so slides off to the back corner of the room when it’s not in use.
