A stainless is a must as you'll just spend a fortune replacing the originals which are rediculously expensive from renault! The yozza of Fred's is louder than the standard system for sure but you get used to it and it is quite cleverly designed to be quiet at specific speeds such as 30 and 70...

mine is illuminated as well and has been for a while so im getting worried (poisining the cat potentially n all that). Mine doesn't always run smoothly tho when booting it where it will occasionally misfire slightly! Any ideas pleeeease?:)
