i had a mouting point on my subframe but you could always mount an eyebolt to the floorpan and attach it there

the offset for both of them should be around 35-38, If they are scrubbing on the inside, spacers could solve the problem but if they are scrubbing the outside of the arch then spacers would make the problem work. Is the car lowered ?

The rule is that the tyres tread needs to be within the arch IIRC the wheels themselves look good what offset are they?, did you have any trouble with them catching on the caliper ? What size tyre have you got on them ? But on the car they just look wrong, IMO you need to lose the stripes...
