    Santa Pod Fast Show and....

Anyone going to the Fast show at Santa pod next Sunday? Will be there in my Clio 182 for my sons and very pregnant partners first car show. If it does cross anyone’s minds yes my Clio will be for sale within the next couple of weeks. Low mileage 64000, belts and dephaser done late 2017...

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

No problem, hopefully if they come off next weekend do you want me to send you pictures of the coilovers when they are off?

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

The Coilovers I’m guessing? Not for me. Doesn’t help the top mounts need changing, one of the nuts at the top looks rounded. Clio sits really nice but just uncomfortable in my opinion (my first ever set of coilovers) Not sure what they go for so I’d say 80quid with c spanners? Sent from my...

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

Thanks to all who commented. I found it a very nice and steady job, I’m not great when it comes to cars but I’m learning. Not sure if I tightened it up too tight? Feels fine in tick over but when I start driving it vibrates a lot [emoji23] think it’s a great modification, I can see why people...

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

Fair point, most garages by me will only do jobs if they supply the part. Plus I don’t mind giving it ago, I would like to do most of the work myself if I can, I believe it’s part of the fun! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

I’m not sure I just ordered it off Ebay, I’ll have to check to see if it says it on the paperwork, I’m guessing it’s to do with the different hardness of the polyurethane? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

Cheers for the advice guys! I’m looking forward to it, hopefully it will be a steady job [emoji1303] Yes I’ll check out your build thread, it’s interesting to see what routes people go down with their cars [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

Nice one[emoji1303] I tried to have ago without axel stands but couldn’t get right under and didn’t have enough strength to undo it [emoji23] but I’ve got axel stands this time so I can get properly under. Do you have the Evol mount? What’s it like fitted? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Changing Dogbone mount on 182

Decided to change the standard mount for the Evol mount. Going to give it a go at the weekend fitting it. Anyone have any advice? Or anyone struggled fitting one? I’m quite a newbie when it comes to messing about with cars. Any advice welcome! Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Clio 182 suspension set up.. What do you run?

I love the colour of your car! Makes me regret buying a BG when I see that [emoji23] sits really well too doesn’t it. How do you rate the H&r springs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wow that’s a lot of money [emoji23] I bet it’s worth it though isn’t it? Do you use yours for Track? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Clio 182 suspension set up.. What do you run?

As above I’d like to see what people are using and if it’s for track or road or both. At the moment I have Vmaxx coilovers, car sits really pretty but the ride is too hard and the rear springs seem to be too soft for my liking. Debating wether to go back on to standard shocks with lowering...
