I'd be open to (sensible) offers for this guys. I've just accepted an offer on my flat so a sale before completion - to avoid the need to send away the V5 updating my address details and wait for its return - would be preferable.

I think your pricing may be off mate. For a 200 with no recaro's, speedlines or spoiler, it's quite a lot of cash.

Priced it based on Auto Trader, Pistonheads and eBay. Anything ranging from £8.3k to £9.6k (comparable spec, mileage, owners etc.). I guess it's always personal preference but I wouldn't buy from someone who spec'd it with cup spoiler, recaros and speedlines...
