Did you fit the recommended PFR6E-10 NGK Platinum plugs?

Do you get any warning lights on the dash when it misfires?
Injectors are another possibility.

The E/M light flashes when missfiring and the service light cmae on last night which im guessing is to do with the missfire

Best way to do it is plug in a code reader, they are relatively cheap at £25/30 each, but don't replace them before you have checked the plugs first and plugged it in.

Another way of checking is to un plug an injector while the car is running and if it gets worse and goes to 2 cylinders then that injector is OK. If there is no change then that injector is at fault.

Renparts on eBay do new genuine injectors for ~£35 each (or they did when I bought them last summer). What I would do is change all four anyway if they haven't been done before. Doing all four of mine along with a new coil pack and HT leads did make a difference to how the car drove.

as above, easiest check is just to unplug each injector in turn and listen to engine note change, no change = fubar injector
