Wash and wax today. Still enjoying it for what it is - a nippy commuter that does 40 plus mpg.

  Listerine & Poledo
What kind of exhaust note does yours have?

Just asking because with the Poledo nearly ALL the noise comes from the engine bay.

  Listerine & Poledo
I can't hear the exhaust over the sound of someone shaking a box full of nuts and bolts that comes from the engine bay.
Ah yes, OK then, I feel better now

The Poledo is currently running with no backbox at all...well, not one that's connected anyway. It hasn't really made a massive difference so weighing up options.
But as you say, all the noise is in the nose

Congrats on a pass!
I'd be getting new tyres on it ASAP if theyre worn that low! For all the money you spend on cars I can't believe youre razzing around on cracked bald fronts and some budget rears

It's cheaper than buying the genuine semi slicks.

As stated, passed its mot and only advisories were the front tyres which I knew about so happy days. Also got a deal on a re gas on the air con so mot and air con for £60 nips.

😂😂 FFS

Yeah a pass is always a good feeling and at least it's an easy thing to fix. Nice price on the MOT too. Around here £54 seems to be the going rate unless Kwik Fit.
