George Wet Vac

Hello guys,
I'm having a very annoying issue with my Numatic George, I brought a George and the spraying function wasn't working, the pump was going but very noisy so I thought it would be the wet pump.
So ordered a new one of them, and meanwhile stripped the whole thing down and cleaned if any rust or corrosion. All connections were taken apart and cleaned and put back together. Ordered a new 32mm extraction trigger head too.
So fitted new pump but yet still not spraying function, pump making exact same noise, the quick release on the bulkhead of the machine was a little sticky so I removed it and bypassed it with just straight hose, the spraying function worked fine. So I assumed it was the quick release. So new one of them ordered.
Fitted the new one today, new sprayer head fitted too but yet no spraying function. I can't work out what could be wrong. New pump. New quick release. New trigger head. Hose all clean. Spraying function works if there's no bulkhead quick release. I don't understand it, hopefully someone has had a similar issue previously and knows the solution?
Very confused.

If a moderator could remove this please that would be very appreciated as I have sorted it. Hoses were kinked inside so drilled hole bigger which hose travels through and put a spring around it to avoid it from getting kinked. Such a relief [emoji28]
