So because im not confident at attempting to fit the walbro, ive booked it in with Andy at Overboost on Tuesday, then im up to efi the following Sunday for a health check and a map tweak.
Hopefully it will make some nice figures this time because Scoff at to lower the boost previously as it was leaning out a little high up the rev range, which he then advised me to upgrade the fuel pump if i wanted a bit more power.

Shitty update, yesterday 4th gear decided to start crunching and popping out of gear, originally i was going to get northloopcup to refurb me a box, but i have spoken to my mechanic today and he can refurb me a box and he is local, so i have ordered a supposedly good box off here, im getting it opened to check for any wear before having it fitted, if it needs anything ill get it done, then when my old box is off, im going to get it refurbished and either keep it as a spare or sell on as a good refurbished box with receipts.
So i have had to cancel my fuel pump being fitted and cancel my mapping session with efi on Sunday, but as soon as my new box is here and its been checked for any wear and then fitted, my fuel pump will be fitted at the same time and then i can re book with efi for mapping.
This should all happen hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks, so a little setback but we are all well, life goes on and its only money.
Oh and ive also ordered a set of magnecore leads too, just because they look nice.

No updates, im still awaiting my gearbox that i ordered from a member on here on the 9th July, he said he was removing it around work so itll take a little longer.
Then i can get it booked in for the box opening and checking and then get it fitted along with the walbro then off for mapping, so its just a waiting game now until my box turns up.

The gearbox turned up today too, im dropping it off with my mechanic on Sunday who is getting it opened up and checked over for any wear etc, anything found will be changed so the box will be perfect.
Once the car is back together and the walbro is on ill be re booking it in at efi.
Discs, pads, brake fluid and tyres are next.

I was, but i decided to keep it because no one wants to pay what its worth because of who built it.
Id rather just keep it.
