How much to fix this

Pdr guy could fix those, I'd say £100 max probably less. Any idea what happened? Look a bit suspicious, especially the tyre mark

I think childs bike right height etc and marks rub off with polish etc
Not sure if you can get access to that part of the boot though? The access hole is a lot lower from memory?
I had one in almost the exact same spot as that and i pushed it out with my thumb iirc, its not visible at all its absolutely perfectly now.
Edit, i think I actually used a hammer handle with a rag on the end lol.
