I've just had three occasions when driving my 172 on the motorway, where there is a little 'bump', like being a bit quick releasing the clutch, and the temp light comes on for about 3 secs, before going off. Any ideas?

Trying to change the seatbelt over from a ph1 172 to a Cobra daytona subframe (correct frame for car). However, the belt doesn't appear to fit the cobra frame, due to the pretensioner etc. Any ideas?

Does it matter what shape you make the box, as long as it has the required inner dimension for the given sub?:S

Do you have to fit your detector in specific places in order for them to work. Is the sensor in the unit or is it all done on GPS?

Purely for looks, but can you get bigger rear calipers for the rear of a 172?
