what do people think about automatics? i currently drive a manual but have seen a nice car but its automaitc. any pros/ cons and anything else that anyone can advise? also is it possible to convert automatics into manual? :S

My brakes have decided to not work as well as they used to. my dad cant figue out why. he has replaced the rear brake pads and disks and stuff, so he thourght it could be the cambelt, but thats ok. :S Any ideas? kim
