Are the Evol ones Poly or rubber? Obviously a rubber one will be a little less harsh than Poly. Some rubber mounts can loosen up slightly after a few miles as well.
KTR also do mounts, can't tell what the material is tho.
Could you get a custom downpipe made to look similar to the OEM piece?
From the looks of things, it's mostly covered by heatshields anyway, so as long as brackets to mount those are in place, it's be very difficult for anyone to tell the difference.
Many have got some mods, but not many have gone full racecar with it. Sure if they have it's probably a better bet to take it apart.
But if it's just been lowered on some Turinis, with a fatty induction kit, don't mess around trying to break that down.
Only in theory.
Once you've sold the engine and gearbox you've got a ton of stuff left over that few people actually want.
More so when so many are being broken at once, parts will sit around for ages and even if someone is interested, they'll never pay more than a few quid.
People braking...
They seem to have invented some of the specs there:
I'm pretty sure it's got seats in the rear, which probably means it can't run a mid-mount a V-10, and if it had a carbon fibre chassis, I doubt they'd be allowed to register it as an A5.
My 182 ran a cheap 3rd party job off eBay and passed MOT's fine everytime. Probably better than the expensive sports cat's that need to be super hot to scrape through a test.
Nah all private, some of the systems are top notch tho. Full coverage around the truck.
That way when some dickhead cuts them up, doesn't leave them enough room or something similar, they've got all the evidence for the insurance claim.
TBh, you're pretty silly to run commercial vehicles...
BlackCircles have the PS3 for £520, fitted.
Halfords have the PS3 for £502 fitted (you need to join the premium club for £50, but you get a free MOT in return)
Evo variant was only available in the later Evo 9 model. IMO once you get over the novelty, it's abit niche.
The Scooby had been available as a wagon for ages, sold well at the time but it's not the one people are after these days.
Simonz do a lovely matt red VHT, not sure if they do a matt black but it'd be a great choice.
To be fair alot of people powdercoat, and while high temp stuff is stable to 500+ degrees, alot of more common coatings can't stand sustained temps much over 100.
They're still firing someone for gross misconduct, and if they were to stand in front of a judge, explain that their ability to measure speed is not sufficiently accurate enough to actually demonstrate they were doing the speed claimed, it'll be a tough sell to describe that persons actions as...
Highly doubt that will ever see the light of day, it'll be vetoed long before.
Look at all the well worn piles of scrap driving around the less affluent countries, for them a 15 year old car is pretty damn new.
