Hello, recently purchased a 182 and upon inspection found out that the previous owner had the car repainted and in doing so took apart the front bumper, and didn't put it back together properly. So now I've been driving it (only for a week) and the front passenger side wheel arch (inside liner)...
I've been having a problem with the 182 for a while now. Every now and then when I accelerate above 2500rpm the car will hold back and when I take my foot of the accelerator it will backfire (not all the time).
So I changed the plugs & leads and things were ok for a while but it's continuing...
Ok, I've attached a photo so you can see exactly what it all looks like, but what can I do to improve the performance etc.? Induction kit etc. I also want to get the right colour code so I can paint the battery box cover and other parts (if anyone knows the code for Inferno Orange) - thanks :)
I bought my 182 back in February and it's been fitted with a K&N air filter.
However, my dad is a mechanic and has always told me to put the original Renault air filter/box back in as the performance will be better.
We discussed some other options to get the best performance and BHP, but what...
Can anyone recommend a brand or company that sell good quality Subs that aren't too big and could possibly fit under the seat? Or does anyone recommend a certain place that the Sub should go?
It also needs to be compatible with the original factory head unit...
