Fitted Eibach Sportlines and some 15" OZ F1's yesterday.
Went for an early morning drive over Snake pass with my mate on his Ninja this morning, car feels 100x better now compared to before with standard springs and 17" pro race 1.2's.
Just need to get the wheels refurbed now and get some...
Hi all
Can anybody post a picture of a 182 (non cup) with 15" wheels, ideally knowing how much it's been lowered.
Currently got 17" on mine (they came on it) and want to swap them for 15's but not sure if they'll look too small.
Thanks :grinning:
P.S possibly got a set of 17" 1.2's for...
Ok cheers, I'll try and get it In somewhere tomorrow and see what they can find.
Thanks for the help guys, it's appreciated (when my wheels aren't being slagged:tearsofjoy:)
Right, I seem to have bigger problems than too big wheels.
I had a flick through the on board computer thing today and saw im averaging 22mpg!! I hadn't checked until today when I realised the £40 I put in is nearly gone and I haven't really done much driving.
Now most of my driving has been...
Yep MO6's or MO5's, I like both equally as much. The ones I found on eBay where 6's.
Dont think I'd go for the Vauxhall wheels, if I'm gonna buy some it will be ones that I properly want. There was a set of Turinis on there for 300 which I was looking at but think I'd regret not spending a...
Lol. I'm not hating, I don't dislike Turini's or 1.2's, I've just always preferred 5/6 spoke wheels.
I'm not saying there s**t or anything like that, it's all personal preference, I understand that. My preference just happens to be 5/6 spokes.
To be honest I feel the same way about the 1.2's as a do the Turini's, I don't dislike them but they just wouldn't be my first choice if I was going out spending my hard earned on them.
The ones I found on eBay just seem particularly cheap, but by the time the adapters are bought they don't...
Ok. I'd like it to look like that, but with a set of Compomotives. Though on that particular one they do look good, just not as good as a nice set of 5/6 spokes.
Take it you've got Turini's ?!
Yeah, cambelt / water pump / dephaser done at 69k, now on 89k.
Not sure if it sounds worse when warm. Will check tomorrow when cold and then when warmed up
Cool, will give them a ring over weekend.
It was only done 20k ago but not at a specialist so I'm a bit worried after reading threads on here that they've not done it properly.
Just over an hour away according to google maps, not too bad. Is it something they can do in a day and I can hang around whilst it's being done or would I have to sort out getting home and then back again.
