    I'm sure it's turbo'd but why the lack of power compared to the rs? It's the same engine, is it just software? Or are there components which are different?

    Right I've been having a read on the internet but have yet to find what I'm after. A mk 2 megane GT is 165hp but it's an f4rt what are the differences between it and an rs megane (225) ?

    It'll be okay to drive, just under powered, if it was going to bend a valve it'd have done it by now.

    How incompetent are you? It's really not that difficult to check the timing. Putting it right is the difficult part.
