What's an SM inlet, and where do you buy it?

Anyone got any idea what sort of power gains this will win you (mine is a 172 with cams, K-tec exhaust & banana exhaust manifold, and possibly remapped)? From what i know mine puts down 193 hp at the moment.. Don't know whether it might be ported already, or whether it's an RS inlet or not...

I've got the infamous TB-problem as well.. When the butterfly is fully open, i can move it 2 mm back and forth laterally, which I guess is one of the reasons for the wear on the TB itself, as well as the butterfly on the spring side, and probably even the brass bushings. Also; am I the only one...
