Exact same problem with me ok sitting still and reving no problem but soon as under load judder judder but on a flat road gradual build up is fine. Replaced the leads and coil pack today same result awaiting new plugs coming in the post and hopefully it solves. My cars the Clio Turbo 1.2 TCE

If its the same as a TCE setup on rocker cover, The Breather that comes out the rocker to inlet manifod and to the inlet induction tube the wee plastice pipe comes off the one way valve might be connected but easily comes away. Mine has anyway and looking for a replacement
