Totally agree with you! I was offered £1700 the other day as a trade in for my cup. Actually laughed, got up and had to leave! Dont break it! For all the money your going to make on it, just keep it as a side project or something.

Aye had a look at 3 guides mate. I know exactly how to do it just cant be bothered with the hassle tbvh. I took me an hour and a half on saturday afternoon to get the ofcentred washers out. The hard part is getting the bars out. Might give it one more bash on saturday if i cant find somewhere...

Try it and find out. Leave the window down and lock it, stick your hand in and wave it about. Providing you have the ultrasonic sensors. Alarm should go off. Mine beeps 3 times at first and then goes off. Another thing you could try is leave the door open, and lock it. It should beep like mad...

Bought a s2 106 gti the other week and needing the torsion bar lowered at the back. Does anyone know where i can get it done? Im struggling to get anyone in Aberdeen to touch it. I realise ecosse do it but there in bo-ness :S a wee bit far tbh. Any ideas? Dundee/perth lot mainly;)

+1 I wouldnt even entertain driving that until its changed. Do the cam belt while your at it, who knows what condition thats in.
