Going to Afghanistan in Dec for four months, what would be the best course of action to store it on the driveway?

My ph2 172 engine will be on 105,000 by the time I get back from afghanistan in april next year and I was a full service. so is it worth paying out for all belts etc and dephaser or get a second engine with lower miles and pay for fitting + belts etc. I'm trying to think cost effective.

got some damage to the clio recently (not going into details) but its a dent in roof and a couple on the bonnet. spokent to insurence and the excess is £300, however the body shop a has said it could be a total loss if the roof cant be repaired and requires a new skin. so that would be £300...

I dont think it will catch on though.

blue 182 near asda, aftermarket exhaust + lots of beans = ooh yeah noise! I was jet washing mine off. BG 182 black wheels, very clean! a43 by the holiday inn 12 ish. blue 182 with anthracite wheels, holiday inn 1pm ish - I was in a white comno van with blue gloves on....... All very tidy...

fitted today - Carbon bullets, carbon Rear bumper insert, carbon fog surrounds, K-tec stealth (Single silencer), Retrimmed wheel. Your thoughts welcome I'm cleaning it at the moment as it needs a good clay for sure. Anyone got any ideas how to sort the rear bumper cut? Rob

Ok firstly I have searched and taken everything in before people go mad. Fitted my stealth last night and went with the technique of fit it loose with the jack under the box. It sat ok, if I tiny bit to low but I was happy. So I nipped it all up tight and went for a spin, it sounds quieter...

Well after searching I came to the conclsion that my runners had had it but today I had a butchers and found this! Turns out that the front 13mm nut was loose and had undone by about 2mm! so a nipped it up and did the rest and job done! Rob

As above, I've had a tester pot I got from a car show years ago and the monaco loves the stuff so now I need some more! Any ideas / experiences on best place to get some from. also what would be the best sealer for standard alloys, getting mine refurbed soon and wanna keep them mint!

As above my 172 interior is feeling the effects of 100k I think. Drivers seat has a fair bit of play in it now and squeaks when I'm driving, as it moves when accelerating and braking. Can this be fixed? I have searched but can't find much...... Rob
