I had a private plate on it when i had it but it was transferred back to original LX54 YAO when i sold it. i believe its somewhere near devon or south west. its an arctic cup packed 182 with k tec front splitter other wise standard. Its a lady owner her father bought it for her!!

well it dont pick up any misfire and no faults stored at all. ive had the coils off to remove inlet manifold and when refitted used some silicone grease. they all looked ok no signs of arking or cracks. it actually drives well but sometimes has a flat spot when pulling away but only does that...

i blanked off the outlet to servo at the manifold end to rule it out. exactamont the same!!

Anyone help? as above on a 53 plate. when first started idles at 1000 then slowly creeps up to 2k and sits there singin away. Did have fault with downstream lambda but checked heater feed-battery voltage and it was switching between .2 and .7v. Its the later model no idle control valve so...

Just had some joker questioning me why i had the cambelt done when all 182's run a chain??? I dont know any current renaults that run a chain in fact in all my life as a tech i dont know any rens that are chain driven. Please prove me wrong guys.

Did the cambelt last week and since then the cars idle is worse than its ever been and its never been 100% to be honest. Starts fine revs fine then idles great for 10 or so seconds then starts to hunt slightly. Ive re checked the timing and the pin and the cam plate locks straight in no probs...

At the back of the inlet manifold you may find a steel "box" painted black. Its some sort of security device.well it comes loose and rubs thru the wiring causing a short. remove box,wang over shoulder(with care as its quite heavy) and repair wiring and make water proof.....done

mine was brake light switch=only came on on motorways tho. i stripped it cleaned terminals with terminal cleaner and re adjusted. all cushty!
