Peperami, what suspension kit would you suggest then, i know this thread going off in a tangent but just wondering. On my C2 i have Spax, both ride height and rebound adjustments. I am really wanting the same with the clio.

Well im hoping i can pick up a secon hand set of H&R's as for fitting, i fitted coilovers on my C2 so shouldnt really have a problem with that, i begrudge paying a garage who has a muppet working on my car, may aswell have my sister working on the car.

Yeah found out that theres only 1 ly with the recaros and im not spending 1.2k on seats, if i really dnt like the seats i may get some other after market seats. Also as for the H&R' looking to go loww and although the trophy has this option i think, i just dont like the colour. Thanks though...

I know i will get biased comments but on a whole wondering what car would people say is the best to have out of the 182's? I myself am looking for all the gadgets, the recaros and really good suspension (although prob get H&R's eventually), can you get a pack that has both the recaros and all...

Actually just looking through the pictures section and them Trophys are quite nice, nit keen on the sticker on the skirts though. What is the crack with the Trophy then? why are they better cars?? What stuff do they have and i was looking at this thread in particular and that light blue clio...

Ok so both are Std 182, but have cup options. How does the 2nd car have them mint recaros(lush). As for the Trophy just fin reading a 9 page discussion/argument and all that seems to be the difference is the handling and .2 secs quicker and the one colour. Dont think i can justify spending...

Hmm think that has made my mind up, has to be the VXR due to how easy it can be tuned. Both i think are very smart looking cars and people on here saying the corsa is a chavs car are just narrow minded and talking utter rubbish.. Also i preffer the corsas interior, but i like the embroidery...

From someone who is looking at buying either the clio 197 F1 or the VXR i would like a questions cleared up... From what i have researched the VXR seems the easier tuneable car, is there anything available for the Clio?

Well i cant really argue with people on here about the clio. I aint ever driven one. But all i can say from what i have reserched, spec wise, very similar cars the VXR has a tad mroe toque however. Now i have watched 2 vid's and on one there were 2 diff driverd, 1 driving vxr and 1 driving...

Just need to have a test drive of 197 pref. the cup or F1 moddel. Also looking at the Corsa VXR (waits for slating).. And then more importantly what people think between the different models (cup/f1)
