Right I took my 182 cup for an mot and it was failed on missing rear centre rear seatbelt.
were the cup spec'd 1*2's supplied without a rear centre belt for weight saving ? Or do I just randomly have a car with a disappearing belt?
Right guys I need some light to be shed on a problem.
I have a cup spec 182 (with cup alternator etc) and for the last two weeks the batter light has been flickering on and off intermittently thus leading me to think its a loose wire as apposed to a dead battery. I've just checked the battery...
as its been nice weather today i thought it'd be a good idea to take the wheels off and give 'em a bloody good clean! here's the results.

Driving up the a1 this morning in 5th at about 90, lift off the accelerator and it pops out of gear and won't go back into 5th unless i slow down shift into 4th and then back upto 5th at which point it just pops out again! is this the syncro that's died?
im looking for a stud conversion and need some help on what size i need and what people can recomend. i think the size is m12 x 1.5 but not sure what length thread i need.:S

just picked these up from pristene wheels after they did an amazing refurb on them.
i expect that they're not to everyones tastes but, oh well! they'll be going on a silver ph1 with usual bullets and badges to match and when i can afford it a roll cage to match.

well as it was such a nice day i decided to paint my air intake and injector guard as they were both looking pretty turd, i think they came out fairly good.
advice needed on tyre size's. my mum has a 100 tce clio with standard alloys on it with 185/ 60 r15's we have got hold of a couple of 195/50/r15s would these tyres fit the alloys without causing any major problems?

i kill my car today and lost all drive! i was pulling out on to the A1 so had to speed up quickly in doing this heard loud bang and lost 1st managed to get it into 2nd it was fine in 3rd 4th and 5th until i come to slow down on the slip road when i push down the clutch and then loose all drive...
i serviced my car yesturday and where i replaced the sump plug something is not right as it is very slowly leaking oil?
is there a way i can seal it with auto gasket? ruber washer? shat load of ptfe tape ?

i have a mk2 ph1 rt and need to upgrade the standard front speakers as the are useless would these speakers fit straight in without the window hitting them as im not sure what the mounting depth is on the clio? any answer much appreciated...
