hi guys, basically i bought a Microscan alarm a few weeks back and tbh it a piece of sh!t! my friend recommended Hawk Alarms but i never heard of them, has anyone had/got one? are they anygood? thanks

Infinity speakers sound really good, but as with all speakers they can only sound as good as the headunit. are you using the standard one or do you have an aftermarket one?

probably not much point. if you did want to tho, NGK are pretty good.

no it only beeps to tell you that it has been set off. the only thing that i can think of that could be setting the current sense off is the analogue clock, the reason i dismissed it as the source of the problem was because it doesnt go off as soon as the current sensing circuit is active...

hi guys, just installed a Microscan AN200 series alarm with central locking, it was great untill the alarm just randomly goes off for no reason. i turned the shock sensor all the way down and it still goes off, its starting to get more than annoying now. Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks

well i got paid yesterday so i might get a set of mintex and some greenstuff for a comparison then use whichever i find the best for my driving style. thanks guys

that happend to my mates car too, turns out it was a dodgy fuel relay. pretty simple to fix

hey, that is definately a grounding problem mate, check out this installation guide http://www.crutchfield.com/learn/learningcenter/car/amplifier_installation_guide.html some of it is pretty basic but there is a section on grounding. where did you ground the amp to??
