I've lost my friencly local MOT tester, so can't be ar$ed with changing a decat every year anymore. Was considering a Yozza though. Also been looking at Milltek, but they only seem to be double tail pipes?
Hi all,
My backbox is on the way out and rather than replacing it with a standard item I'm thinking about upgrading.
Quite like the idea of getting an exhaust that's visible, i.e. a 182 exhaust trim in the bumper and a single exhaust to fit, maybe slash cut?
Anyone recommend anything in...
Hi all,
Need to get my wheels refurbed as a couple of them are pretty kerbed and one has a big mark on (the dangers of letting others drive your pride and joy!)
Seen that CAS Coatings come recommended, but has anyone used them for refurbing 182 wheels? I understand they won't touch the...
Hi all..
Had a good search, but can't find any info..
My iPhone is on Bootloader: 06.04, Baseband: 05.12.01 and iPhone OS: 3.1.3..
I've jailbroken it, but Fuzzyband won't work as it's not got Bootloader 05.08 on it.. Any ideas on how I can unlock it?
Thanks..
Ben
Thanks for the replies, top photo Mark..
Tony, am just concerned about doing a whole day on track then having to drive back up North so considering getting a set of track wheels. I doubt it will be my last outing on track!
Is Silverstone easier on tyres?
Hi All,
Off to Silverstone in August and considering getting a set of 15" alloys and tyres to run instead of my road wheels. I don't really fancy ending the day at Silverstone with illegal tyres and then having to drive home on them..
I've got 182 Cup suspension, can anyone advise whether...
I too, always leave the car in gear.. Alas, it wasn't me who parked it but the GF.. She is spliiting the cost of the repair with me though to be fair.
Have taken it to two places now, both are confident they'll be able to pull the dent out without replacing the 3/4 so going to go with that...
I've had one guy reckon he can get it out without a new quarter, I've seen his previous work on a friends Merc and it was spot on.
Off to see another friend of a friend today who usually works on more exotic cars so will be interesting to get his opinion too.. Will let you know what he thinks.
So you think I'd be better off with a new quarter? What sort of price would you be talking for that sort or repair (just ballpark figure)..
I always do.. Unfortunately I didn't park it.. :(
You're right Iain - could have been a lot worse! Luckily it's only bent one quarter, and as the impact was quite high I think the boot floor isn't damaged and there's no damage to the chassis. Bumper seems to be fine too.
