The service paperwork on my recently acquired 172 has been lost apart from some receipts and the previous MOT's.
There's a date and mileage noted on the engine cover in what looks like tipex......It hadn't registered in my head until now, but it's on the cover just over the cambelt. Looks like...
I've read both the tutorials regarding removal of the Ph2 steering wheel and aftermarket replacement.
Neither make mention of any method of making the airbag and serv light go out.
Is this something you just have to live with, with a Momo wheel?
I've just sold my Boxster S to part fund a house extension and picked up a 172, which I love by the way.
Dismayed to find that the insurance on what I thought was a cheaper run about, is about the same!!!!
