Same for me, I have to leave the car to warm up and to allow the windscreen to clear, usually about 10 mins.
I do have to keep an eye on the car, wouldnt want anyone driving off!
Last night my car wouldnt lock with the remote on the key, I could hear the relay working within the dash. I checked the fuse and noticed that it had blown (20A), so I replaced it. After driving to work the same thing happened. It only seems to blow after driving

Pull the carpet out a little around the handbrake and check the cable connector, as Zydered said.
I had a problem when the light wouldnt go off, this was because they rear brake drum pistons had blown. Does the handbrake work?
Can one unscrew the standard 172 and replace it with the dab antenna? Or does it need a separate fixing/drilled holed

I see more cups than normal 172s (possibly the colour catches my eye, but I tend to notice a 172 with the heat reflecting windscreen, wide arches, xenons etc)
How much are/were the vtr/vts?

The bosch wiper blades available at Halfords are pretty good and last a long time. They come with a box for various fitment just as long as you check the halfords wiper guide book for the check one.
I have the same problem, I have had the bearings and lower suspension joint/hub (which containes the bearing) changed. This seems to have repaired the problem but renault go through bearings like nothing else.
But yours is a cup, so it could be a completely different problem.
I dont think its been photoshoped, its just the poor JPG compression on the contrasting lines.

Mine is not lowered and it looks much droopier on the drivers side/offside.

The shocks have been recently replaced, springs are all in good nik, so what do people think.
