I can vouch for the pro races too, have 2 sets and never had any issues with the stud kit.

It's all down to preference and budget but like you said if people are running the GAZ in the tricolour and finishing high up that would tell me that there suspension set up must be doing something right, you could go and spend thousands on AST's and it won't make you any faster than someone...

I know AST's are the muts nuts and you get what you pay for, but for me it's about finding a happy medium I'm not chasing tenths just a bit of fun on track days but still want a decent set up!

I'm still searching for the best coilover for my track car, would like AST's but really finding it hard to justify the price tag. Very tempted by the AVO's but there doesn't seem to be many people running them to give any feedback.

Think my thermostat has seen better days. Looking to replace with a low temp one from pms, car is only used for track so just wanted to know weather to stick an genuine thermostat in or go with the low temp one? Cheers.

Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on the trailer/towing situation, I've recently purchased a trailer to tow my track with, I'm just unsure on what vehicles are best to use for towing, as I've heard there are certain weight limits different cars can take? Any help much appreciated.

I've been looking at the AVO or BC coilovers, as I want something more track orientated. Would love AST's but can't justify the price tag. Was swaying more towards the AVO's just wondered if there worth the extra £300 over the BC's.

Some guy has made a batch of low subframes in the group buy section, apparently they sit 50mm lower than the omp ones, I've ordered one to try it out.

Thanks mate. Yh was suprised myself, this is the second rs clio I've had and it did feel like a real strong engine, just got a Ktec induction kit and a rs tuner remap.
