Got bored today and had some left over Antracite spray paint from doing my interior so thought I'd attempt to butcher up my Sky HD remote.

Just had a look in PP and couldn't find it either. Is there any reason it NEEDS to be done in PP? Can't you do it in PS or something?

I get mine from halfords. Get the stuff from the Parts section where they make it up though. Much better quality although twice the price. Their standard plastic primer and clear lacquer works fine though

In South France atm and seen quite a few Clios with this grille. 1st one I saw I just thought it was a broken grille xD Anyone thought of fitting one of these? The front bumper looks to be different aswell though.

How does a 3D model sound so that you can see what a mod would look like before you did it? Crazy colour wheels, tinted windows etc. If this would be handy I could make a model and people could post a request and I'll render it and post it up.

How long have you left the recovery mode to start up for? Sometimes it's painfully slow. I've waited 30+ minutes before to boot into it iirc :/

I don't have one anymore so can't say specifically. I upgraded my HDD. On boot it should say "Recovery" or "Recovery Mode"? Sorry I can't be more specific

All HPs come with recovery partitions. It's a split in the hard drive that the recovery "disc" is on. It's not a disc as such, but the same as. You can boot into the recovery partition and it's the same yet faster as you eliminate the need to read from a DVD. If that makes sense :S

My DV6000 came with Vista :dead: I'd recommend sticking Win 7 on it ANY day! Makes it much faster and easier to use! Only thing that doesn't work on mine now is my remote control :( What do you want the backup discs for? Do you no longer have the recovery partition?

The mk3 doesn't have pressure sensors as such. As I mentioned in my previous post, it has 2 buttons beneath the switch. One which makes the window go up, one which makes it go down. To make the window go auto down, the down button is pressed, THEN the up button. This gives off the double click...

For the side strips I used the cheap aerosol cans from Halfords. 1 can primer, 2 coats, 1 can paint, 2 coats, ran out of lacquer from painting my air vents inside :S For the rear bump strip I used the more expensive stuff they make up at the back of Halfords and will never use the cheap stuff...

New to the forum here so thought one of the better ways to introduce myself is to introduce my car aswell! This is my Clio III Dynamique 1.2 TCE. So far I've colour coded my side strips and rear bumper plastics. Tinted my windows but am still unsure about them :( opinions? It's 95% :/...

I have a Dynamique so would be getting the standard rear bumper off the facelift. Eyeing it up it looks like it will fit, just unsure about fittings underneath. Saying that the shell's the same right in the non-sports I'm guessing! Can anyone confirm this before splashing out £100+? :P
