Spotted the Soft99 Glaco glass protection kit for a very good price on their website.

Wondered if anyone had used them before I hit the buy button
Not my car, but a mate has a real problem with his steering.
Had his tracking done this morning and the steering is snatching without warning, be it after hitting a bump or just mid corner.
We thought something was loose, so hacked it up but everything seems tight.
New shocks, top mounts, no...
I have yet to fit the SM inlet I purchased to my 172, but before I do I was wondering whether anyone was running one, with Group N timing?
Is anyone running just the SM inlet on standard timing, and running a standard(ish) 1*2 on Group N timing?
@bloke do you have any Dyno graphs for the...
Sure I've posted about this one before, and don't think he's on here.
Saw it this morning though on my commute to work, in the village of Kings Sutton.
So I already have a Sparco dished wheel, and I believe an OMP boss.
However, with my B&G quick release fitted, the wheel is a tad close to the gut.
Long term solution = lose some weight.
Short term = a flat wheel, and maybe a shallow boss?
Any recommendations on something that won't break the...
So had a small accident with a socket extension bar hitting my battery terminal(s) the other night and it caused all sorts of problems.
However, I'm now down to having no working main (high) beam, horn, or clocks.
Main beam: no click at the stalk and no blue light on the dash.
Clocks...
Picked up the dci tonight after it's MOT.
I asked the guys to do the tracking, as the previous place left the wheel pointing to the right (but it wasn't pulling).
However, it's now pulling to the right.
Tracking is apparently straight and nothing is bent/ came up in the mot.
They've said...
So, stupid question time. I replaced my shocks with coilovers, but now I feel it's time to return to standard. It's not nice taking the car on long journeys, especially down country lanes with coilovers and 17's on.
So I have the original shocks in the garage. They were removed about 2+ years...
Spotted a Baked Bean heading down the Broughton Road yesterday morning about 5:15pm-ish.
Then this morning spotted a Black 182 down Woodgreen avenue 8:15am
So myself and Steven (along with his mate), booked ourselves onto the evening session at Rockingham. We were hoping for a few more CS members to join us, but alas it was just us 2. Nevermind, we were still looking forward to it.
I'll leave @Steven103 to add his input after, but this is from my...
Just in case any of you local lads and ladies want to join us.

I picked up a set of dynamique alloys cheap and am hoping they'll be ok for track.
I measured them across and they appear to be 7" from edge to edge, so I'm guessing they're a 6.5j?
Morning all.
Went to go to work this morning, and the car won't select gears with the engine running.
It will; however, with the engine off.
It also appears to drag slightly when the engine is on, and I'm in 1st (already selected with the engine off).
Any thoughts?

Morning all...
Jumped in the car this morning and the screen was a bit misty inside. Whacked the heat up, and put the blowers up.
However, level 4 wouldn't work. 1,2,3, all fine.
I had the rear screen demister on, but I don't remember that ever causing a problem before.
About 10-15mins into...
Kicking off the new changes to regions, and the commencement of more local area reps, this will be our first joint meet for the South Central region.
The idea is that we will move this round, starting with Oxfordshire, and then moving to the next area (be it Tim's or Christopher's), and making...
