Hi, can anyone recommend somewhere to have my gearbox rebuilt. It seems to be the diff that's gone. The box is out of the car so it would just be the rebuild that's needed. Preferably somewhere in northwest or Yorkshire area.. Also a rough idea on price would be helpful too [emoji5]️ Cheers

Over the past week or so I've noticed a loud knocking noise coming from the front of the car. It only seems to happen at really low speeds, like when I'm coming to a stop. When the car is driving I cannot hear or feel the knock.. It is also making a faint whining noise when I dip the clutch...

Couldn't quite make out if it was a 172 or 182 as it was dark. Seen this evening coming into the car park.
