Hey everyone, After looking for the last month I have finally found an ideal 172 Cup, will be picking up on Saturday. I'm proper excited as have wanted a sport since I started driving (aim low, shoot high?) Anything I need to keep an eye out for and what essential mods does everyone recommend...

Looking to replace the shocks on my clio 182 non cup. Know I cant use 182 cup shocks but read somewhere that i could use 172 cup shocks... Is this true and a good idea if possible. If not wheres the cheapest place to get non cup 182 front shocks. Thanks, getting well confused :D

Just for awareness. There's a clip cup in my local breakers in ludgershall. Mostly still there. Body work pretty banged up. Brakes and suspension all still there. Seats still in. A steering wheel in footwell with missing thumb grip, one clear headlight etc etc. it's in Andover Car Breakers Ltd.

Spotted it sat in the huge traffic jam next to beechdale swimming bath, looked amazingly clean from where I was, nice car.

Hi, Ive got a cup and i was wondering IF there was any way of loosing some Kg on this car without completely stripping it? I want to use it for track days but also would like it as daily user. Any options of lighter parts available? Is it worth it?

Morning all, Just had new Eibach pro springs fitted with new cup shocks and the steering almost feels looser. Is this just a consequence of the new stuff? Going to go fora proper break in drive today and see how it is. Cheers

Was never gonna mess with the suspension as the handling is amazing but I can't keep the huge arch gap and can't spend ridiculous money on a good set of coilovers, looking at 40mm springs, anyone got a picture of there cup on them see how much of a difference there actually is?

having recently learned that my car is a standard 182 (despite having cup badges on the door pillars, yet with silver wheels and no cup spoiler??), I have decided that I want to uprate the suspension? What would i need to do to get it to cup or ff standard? and is it actually worth it? any tips...
