172 and 172 cup brake lines

Are the connector points different on the cars? I've had delivered goodridge brake hoses for my cup but they don't fit. The box has 172 sport written on it but i want to make sure they are wrong before i start complaining!

I thought the cups had the same connector points, as the FF models...

It's not got anything to with the cup not having ABS has it??

is there any difference between ph 1 and ph 2 connector points then? Maybe that's it???
