Applying an exterior t**t strip - any tips?

Obviously give the screen a good clean first.

The brief instructions that came with it say apply the sticky surface of said t**t strip to a wet windscreen? Is that right or will a major FAIL follow?

Probably better to go over the sticky side with a sponge, then apply the strip.

Yeh, use a sponge or a spray bottle, the adhesive reacts with the water and then will allow it to set once applied.

Pics when your done so I can decide whether to get one or not!

as above, make sure the windscreen is covered in fairy liquid then whack the strip on, use a credit card to squeeze all the bubbles out then after about half an hour of doing that let it dry for 10 minutes and go over it again to get all the water out preventing any further bubbles. After that jobs a guddn.

Oh an make sure u get it straight. And dont trim the edges until uv got it where u want it.

Have you thought about the noise of removing headlining mate? Its a bit loud without it (especially in the rain), and doesnt weigh anything.
