I was driving to our unit on Medway City estate when I caught out the corner of my eye a Caged black PH2 clio, I didn't get enough time to see if it was a 173/82 but it appeared to have a rear cage with a rear diagonal (only one, not a cross).
I didn't even get chance to grab the reg but I think it may have had a Clio sport Sticker on the rear quarter window.
It was either Tuesday or Wednesday, cant remember to well and it was between 8:00 am and 9:00am
