Change speedo display units (mph to km/h) (Clio 182)

I am planning a road trip around Europe in the following weeks and I was wondering if there is a way to change the speedo display units to km and l/100km instead of miles and mpg. I know that the speedo already shows the speed in both units, but it would be good if I could set the speed in the control cruise in km/h too.

Looking online I have found that ph II and III Scenics have an easy procedure to change it, but haven't found anything covering the ph II clios. I am pretty sure there has to be a way to, as after accessing the diagnostics mode of the speedo, all the units light up and you can see km/h and l/100km.

If anyone has done it before and/or knows how to do it, that would be really helpful!
