Clio 182 - Under Bonnet Stickers...

I am after replacement stickers, the two i am after are the ones that are fitted to the under bonnet part of the grille (see photo below). Apparently Renault tell me there are part numbers at the bottom corners which i will need to order more.

Could somebody let me know what these part numbers are, as i no longer have the stickers...

I've got replacements but he needed to bring a whole load of them out to find which I needed.

He gave them me too which doesn't help!

All I know is the one on the right is easy enough but the one on the left had a box I needed to cut off to get the correct labels.
