hi guys! whats the best way to decat my dci 100? cant seem to find any decatted down pipes or anything?

Smash the internals out of the cat. That's the way all of us old dci owners did it. Not enough room to make a proper decat pipe without hassle

best way to get the cat off bud? reckon if the nuts look pretty corroded on the manifold end im just gunna snap them? even if i wd40 them?

They will come off , just be 100% sure you have right sized socket on the nut. There's a guide knocking about somewhere that I did.

Can't find it , must of been lost with the forum update the other year.

It's all pritty self explanatory, all the bolts holding the cat on, engine mount off and pull engine forward. If it won't come out the top, take the drives driveshaft out and take the cat out the wheel arch

ive managed to find a local guy who specialises in clios whos going to have a look for me! luckily enough hes next door to a custom exhaust fabricators so hes going to take it off for me and get them to make me a pipe up as cant find any decats for the dci 100

chris, supposed to get around 5-10hp with the intercooler upgrade too as it allows the turbo to suck air in and cool the air down alot more efficiently, the main reason im doing a decat is to get the turbo flutter sound! haha. but the gains are a advantage!

you are the best!!! altho i may be able to get mine modded to be like that for like £70, theyre having a look at the weekend
