Yer scolded is an under statement it was my car I bought it new but I got the Clio at a bargain price couldn't turn it down so I used our savings with her permission and as soon as we got the Clio the Gtc was parked up and used at most twice a week sometimes not at all so because I had the Clio the Gtc was hers.So because it wasn't used as much when she went out with my mum I thought f__k it and sold it put money back in savings and that was that trouble is I haven't had the leg over in over a month as she's still not happy

My exhaust is blowing like anything and won't have time to get it sorted before CSF so I'll be in the 182 that sounds like s**t when moving. Got the Friday before off to make it shiney so at least it might look good!

20160625_142825.jpg Did some more prep to the car today..

Removed the brakes and ground the pads so they're more loose in the carriers as they were stuck before and having sticking Brakes when going for it isn't fun.

Fitted some metal bar to raise my seat and bring it more forward so it's better for track.

Got it aligned too. - 2 neg camber up front and 15 mins toe out. Always works perfectly for me.

Just needs a good hoover and clean on the outside!

Ready for the track time though.

Looking good pal! Is that down at Bram Racing? If so I'm down there in the morning getting springs & shocks fitted plus a full alignment!

Yes it is mate! Ahhh he said someone from cliosport called when I was there and was like I was the one I recommend them to. But i thought it was @bashracing who called!

I'd recommend getting a fast Road set up if you have camber bolts!

I can't recall mentioning Cliosport but it was a few weeks ago so I might have done. But in any case it was both yours and Bash's good comments about the place that made me book there, should hopefully have it all set up just in time for CSF

Not sure I can be arsed getting to the m180 for 7am as Blyton is only 35 mins from there and don't want to get there super early.

I'm gonna go for the extra half hour in bed option!

Yeah nice to meet you Steve, sorry for the boring lecture on the benefits of the mk3 front suspension,
My rear axle was out, 40 minutes camber right rear, could feel that through my backside:wink:

Haha not at all mate it was appreciated! Me and Brad were scratching our heads about the setup for a while then you walked in and gave the full explanation and benefits of it in about 30secs! We just looked at eachother with a "well, there you go!" kind of expression

I thought it had been fixed! Had some wiring and connectors replaced but it's still doing it? Can't figure out what's causing it!

Should be giving Boris a right good clean inside and out Friday. Can't wait  Going to fit some brake deflectors too as Blyton killed my brakes last time.

Things to do on Friday :
    Wash car.
    Polish car.
    Vac car.
    Fix loose exhaust.
    Wire up phone charger.
    Fix radio.
    Clean seats.
    Polish headlamps.

All on Friday after a 12 hour night shift. Hmmm. It might get a wash. I'll just park at the back!

Anyone going to Blyton tomorrow a bit later in the morning, up for a meetup en route, either the M180 services or even nearer to Leeds?

Lol. Mine hasn't been washed for a month! I'm hoping for a dry spell this evening, or I'll be earning it in the rain. Again. Stupid car shows!
