coilovers and arch liner catching

Alright anyone know how low you can actually go without scrubbing on the arch liners?

Bought my 182 on ktec coilies, they had to remove the front arch liners due to scrub,

It's about time I raised it and put the liners back in. Problem is I love the current height and don't really want to raise anymore.

So anyone know exactly how low you can go without scrubbing? Will save a lot of faff testing it otherwise.
